I have recently been appointed Customer Care Manager at Talend. My role is to ensure that the services from Talend are on par with the customers expectations.

Expertise Services: Our dedicated expertise team offers personalized service around our solutions. Looking for answers on the functioning of the software? Want to be accompanied by an expert? Make an appointment with our team!

Support Services: The support team is dedicated to processing software anomalies. If a customer meet an abnormal operating software, he open a ticket in the support application. By this way, we guarantee an optimal response time.

Commercial Services: Our team knows our softwares, and may at any time advise you when the professional services that help you succeed in your projects. Do not hesitate to contact them!

My role is not to substitute to the usual contacts. However, if one of the Talend services did not meet customers expectations, I will work with customers, and if necessary with the appropriate division managers at Talend, to make things right.
