When I started this blog in March 2007, I had not considered appropriate to protect my posts by a license. Today, there is the question for sharing these posts through the blogosphere. The purpose is twofold: to keep the authorship of the posts and to let people use them without other constraint!

Creative Commons

Several licenses Creative Commons exist. I chose to apply to this blog the following:

You are Free:

  • to Share — to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work
  • to Remix — to make derivative works

Under the following conditions::

  • Attribution
    You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
  • For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work.
  • Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
  • Nothing in this license impairs or restricts the author’s moral rights.

Official webpage : Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 France & Legal Code.

Note: the ccLearn license for elearning content 😉
